The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast at the Waterside restaurant was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Nothing could be improved, everything was perfect.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities were provided at this hotel, fulfilling my need for an indulgent stay. The spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments including full body massages, body wraps and beauty treatments. The infinity pool was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and a spa centre offering head and foot massages. The restaurant provided delicious food and the poolside snack bar was a convenient addition. Private facilities also added to the exclusivity of the stay.

There was one minor issue during my stay. The service was slow, which prolonged a small problem with my room.

The pool area was lacking in umbrellas, making it difficult to find shade on hot days.
